Participation fee

Important notice on the Gala Dinner

Due to the success of the European Business Summit, we have to inform you that we can no longer accept reservations for the Gala Dinner (15 March) from 20 February on.

Only participants who already have received a VIP password/code will still be able to get access to the Gala evening. This code needs to be introduced on the second screen after having filled in the first screen of the registration form.

However, is still possible to register to the Summit (excl. Gala Evening).

Please find below the updated fee:

VIP Conference fee: 800 € (21% VAT excluded) (excl. Gala Evening)*

VIP Conference reduced fee for Partners and Supporters: 400 € (21% VAT excluded) (excl. Gala Evening)*

Summit Conference fee: 300 € (21 % VAT excluded) (excl. VIP Catering and Gala Evening)

* The VIP conference fee covers entrance to all summit sessions, all conference documentation, coffee breaks and VIP catering (excl. Gala Evening) on Thursday 15 March and Friday 16 March.
IMPORTANT: Fee to be paid as soon as invoiced. Access will only be allowed to the Summit after payment of all the costs of participation.

Cancellation of participation has to be sent by fax to the Summit Secretariat: +32 2 515.09.15 by 1 March 2007.

100% of registration fees will be refunded less an administrative charge of 100 € per person.
after 1 March 2007: no refunds can be made
Registration to the Summit
Online registration will be available by 22 of November 2006.
