Robert-Jan van de Kraats began his career in 1979 at Deloitte Dijker van Dien (PricewaterhouseCoopers) as an auditor. He continued his career at Grundfos, a Danish privately held group of companies in the technology sector, in 1989. He was appointed Director of Finance and IT of Grundfos’ subsidiaries in the Netherlands. Four years later, he was recruited as Director of Finance and IT of NCM International nv, where he held several positions such as CFO & Group Director Corporate Development (M&A) and was appointed Member of the Managing Board in 1999. Robert-Jan van de Kraats joined Randstad Holding nv in 2001 as CFO and member of the Executive Board.
