Previously, Christophe Leclercq was an EU Commission official with DG Competition, management consultant with McKinsey, and before that market research manager with Renault Deutschland.
Mr Leclercq wrote several books and articles, on international alliances, corporate governance, EU communication, published in French, English, Russian.
He speaks French (native), English and German, plus some Italian and Russian.
He studied political science (‘Sciences Po’ Paris), business administration (HEC Paris, also at NYU & Köln), and international relations (ULB, Brussels).
