Peter Voser
Position: CEO, Royal Dutch Shell
Prior to his appointment as Chief Executive Officer with effect from July 1, 2009, Peter Voser served as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Executive Director of Royal Dutch Shell since 2004. From October 2004 up to July 2005 he was CFO of the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of Companies.
From 1982 to 2002 Mr Voser was employed by the Royal Dutch/Shell Group of companies in a variety of Finance and Business roles. During this time he worked in Switzerland, UK, Argentina and Chile.
After moving back to London from Chile in early 1997, he became the Group Chief Internal Auditor. In 1999 he was nominated as CFO in Shell Europe Oil Products before becoming CFO of the Global Oil Products Business (early 2001), and a member of the Oil Products Executive Committee.
Mr Voser graduated in Business Administration from the University of Applied Sciences, Zürich, in 1982.
